The Herold Gie Attorneys application is designated for Clients using Firms Law Portal to communicate in real time with their Attorney, and have access to their Matter Documents, Accounts, Calendar Events, as well as the unique feature known as the StrongRoom for Clients to store their important Personal Documents in the Law Portal, accessible through their Smart Devices. The Platform is highly secure with SSL Certificate and compliant with the Protection of Personal Information Act.

- Client can choose to save documents in a Shared or Private space, either accessible by the Attorney or only accessible by the Client

News and Media
- The Law Portal provides a news and media page that the Client can select the news items and topics they wish to receive
- Notifications are sent to your Smart Device advising of any new uploads of News articles in your interest selections
- Notices published by the Firm will automatically be promoted to the top of each list and notified to the Client to enhance communication of important information
